Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not provided once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

We will, however, issue refunds in these cases:

  1. Duplicate purchase of the same product (within 7 days).
  2. Irreparable technical defect where we’re unable to provide a functional version compatible with the supported environments stated on the product page (report within 14 days and collaborate on troubleshooting).
  3. Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction (subject to verification).
  4. Accidental purchase before download and within 24 hours (case by case).

How to request a refund
Email [support@5idmati.com] with your order ID, email used at checkout, and a brief description. We may request logs, screenshots, or error messages to diagnose issues.

Exclusions

  • Incompatibility with environments not listed as supported.
  • Feature requests or preferences (“not needed anymore”).
  • Modifications or tampering with files.
  • Purchases older than 30 days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
