Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not provided once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
We will, however, issue refunds in these cases:
- Duplicate purchase of the same product (within 7 days).
- Irreparable technical defect where we’re unable to provide a functional version compatible with the supported environments stated on the product page (report within 14 days and collaborate on troubleshooting).
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction (subject to verification).
- Accidental purchase before download and within 24 hours (case by case).
How to request a refund
Email [support@5idmati.com] with your order ID, email used at checkout, and a brief description. We may request logs, screenshots, or error messages to diagnose issues.
Exclusions
- Incompatibility with environments not listed as supported.
- Feature requests or preferences (“not needed anymore”).
- Modifications or tampering with files.
- Purchases older than 30 days.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
